story, character are quite complex. The plot thickens; the author left us hanging on several fronts.

Story is similar to reaching an intersection and finding multiple ways to go from here. Now we wait to see which road the author takes and how she develops her characters from this point on.

There are a lot of unanswered questions with the possibilities of several factors not being what they appear to be. Very good story so far. a fan always.

Well we asked and you gave it.

Is the wife knocked up? If so...why? She never wanted kids before? She rarely gave sex..... was it a last LOVING gasp to try and keep it all together? Or a manipulation to keep him?

And of more immediate concern.... what will become of our Kate? How will everything turn out becouse of Steve?

One gets the wonderful feeling this writer is setting us up for a big surprise in the next chapter. I think I want to string along and find out what happens. *Great Read*
