This is a very good start. I wish it was longer, so I could keep reading. I'm excited for more chapters.

I certainly hope you continue this story. You have a nice imagination and I look forward to seeing where it leads you. I have a feeling I/we will not be disappointed.

There is more already being written. Going to try to make it weekly as time, my editor, and Lit publishing allows. Chapter 2 should be up this coming week but there will be a break in between 2 and 3 as my editor won't be available until the 17th.

I love what you have here so far. The only thing that I think would make it better (in my opinion) would be to generally have longer chapters than this. That said, this was actually a nice length for an intro and it did what an intro should do. But please, write (and publish) at your own pace (and your editor's). I'd much rather see you continue to release really short chapters and actually complete the story than get overwhelmed with longer chapters and just stop writing.
