It was kinda obvious when your mind is deep enough in the gutter. I mean, a girl alone in the woods, meeting a wolf and a hunter, the wolf crossdressing, the disappearence of grandma.. I'll bet it was all a ploy of the real Red to hide the murder of her grandma and the relationship she had with the hunter. The conniving little bitch..
