I hope he makes Jill and only Jill pregnant in the next chapter. It would be hot and add some drama with Margaret for Jill to pregnant instead of her. Margaret would have to work harder to please her husband

Since Jill was at first occupying the mid-territory of his body, there's something strange about the anatomy here. But I have not been so detailed with that many girls, so I should possibly not rule out that some clits are mounted at the back ....?
