She doesn't ask for it, although I guess if she did decide to prosecute in real life it might count as rape given the slight use of force. She doesn't however protest, struggle, or do anything in fact except aid her 'attacker'- and being privy to her thoughts we know that she does in fact consent. Since she gives her consent and is not at all reluctant, why is this in this category?!
