Sci-Fi, not non-con. It's kinda obvious that even the reluctance element was a joke, not to mention the whole emotional guilt-trip. Why would she feel guilty about escaping him and his race of fellow psychotic kidnappers and rapists? They did it once, and then again. There's nothing ethically questionable about getting away from someone kidnapping you, and if you're being held under the threat of death or extreme force, then yeah, the person or thing has destruction coming to them.

Hmm... quite an ordeal.
