Excellent job. Well written, very descriptive, characters well mapped out. Little concerned about where the story's going beyond the budding relationship and the "major decision" of yearbook vs. newspaper... (I am laughing here) but as I was once in college, I do remember how very serious such decisions once seemed. I hope you continue this - I'll definitely look for more.

I don't think Bryan should have taken Jeremy's virginity in a dark room. It was interesting and unusual but that Jeremy wasn't the least frightened seems to be a bit unreal. You had me believing that Jeremy was a shy virgin and then he starts begging and let's himself being taken without any resistance ... it just seems kinda wrong.

I like this. But I wish Jeremy's first time wasn't in the room there. You portrayed him as shy, but he didn't seem that shy it being his first time. But I loved it nonetheless, I just hope Bryan isn't a jerk to Jeremy later into the story.

Really liked your story. First, loved all the details about b&w photography; so sad that so many schools have cut out their darkrooms (& not just to have Bryan's kind of fun in ;) I know that others have said that they can't see shy Jeremy going from a first guy kiss to having sex for the first time in a back room, but I remember freshman year of college: meeting new people, doing new things, having the space to grow into who you are for the first time and at 19, being inexperienced but completely ready for more. Maybe you could have spent more time on the details between when Jeremy first meets Bryan to when they get together in order to build the tension and show Jeremy's fantasies to make not quite so abrupt for some people but for me it worked.
