This chapter filled in some of the picture, but brought up more questions.... Yes, I'm greedy and want more details. So alexis owns the town. How do the family end up there or we're they always there? Did they end up in financial trouble or can boss lady kick out anyone? Does she regularly pluck 'doggies' from the community? Is that why no one objected to naked girl on a leash? I get this is dark and edgy, but an owner still needs to have some care about damaging the property. Or I suppose we are in 'suspension of disbelief land' and nothing damages the property, only makes it suffer endlessly? Three million bucks and a villa...well you can buy a couple new daughters with that.... ;)
