That things like this never happen in a Physician's office, but I happen to know it does, although rarely.

The other thing I noticed is both times it happened to me, this over probably dozens of appointments for various reasons......

Without fail, the Nurse became bossy. Some kind of self defense, perhaps? And both times it was a nurse, not the Doctor.

Interesting in that the manner of the physician in this short tale is similar to my own experience.

Nice story, Alexa. I was in the hospital after an auto crash. As I began to feel better a night nurse asked me, "Is there ANYTHING I can do for you?" With both my arms in casts I welcomed her helping hands!
