Certain situations amount to a perfect-storm set of circumstances where the eildest dreams become the order of the day.

Sometimes we do feel an instant strong sexual attraction when we first meet someone. In order for something romantic to ensue, both people must be "ready" (in the right state of mind and heart plus they feel a void they can't define).

(2) It is the 2nd coming of age for some young women when they have a fling or relationship with a much more experienced man. The said process has more dimensions when the experienced man is her boss.
