it's a four star though. because the "i took her for granted" thing ruined the immersion.

she never apologized for using one single photo as grounds for divorce. no talks, no PI investigation, no effort on her part to trust her husband even a tiny fucking amount to be suspicious. and like an idiot, he doesn't expect an apology because....reasons?

we the reader never once knew he neglected her. if anything it seemed he was all over her when he wasn't working hard. so it made no sense.

Great story idea. Loved the heat.

Hope there's more of this to come.

He should have taken Alisha home so they both could tie her up and teach her a lesson! Let the cops have Karl!
