You'd be surprised to know that there do exist dorms like this - they are called gender-neutral housing, and is used by not just transwomen but by many transpeople of both genders and nonbinary people as well. they are also great for gay and lesbian people - basically anyone who is afraid of being beat up just for using the bathroom or dating someone different. They weren't established for "privacy" concerns tho, thats bullshit perpetrated by people trying to portray us as predators or sexual deviants... I know its fantasy, but there's much less sex than you'd think :P Then again, this fictional school has set up a dorm for crossdressers, not transwomen apparently? There might be more sex in a dorm like that, haha.
