I understand what you're saying. Yet, the point of the story is the action between the partners, not the specific roles and duties. There is a top couple and a bottom girl, will that work for you? I hope it does.

A lovely story. Jenny said "We are not done yet" at the end. That leaves the reader to look forward to a sequel, perhaps only between the two ladies this time. Is there a chance that might happen?
