If you don't like it, then here's a shocking idea - why not read romance stories on another website or go to a different section of the site? The writer told a good story, which is tough to do from a 2nd person viewpoint. The writer pulled it off and made it sexy as hell. If you don't like stories with nonconsent themes, go elsewhere. Otherwise, be nice and less judgey. Geez.

Second person is never a good idea.
