Read this again, and changed my earlier vote from 3/5 to 2/5.

On a second reading, I came to a different conclusion, he really is a wimp and a cuckold and she really is a slut. They are both sick and a bit twisted and deserve each other’s misery, which is still coming I might add.

He will always doubt his manhood and respect for himself, and she will also doubt him and her respect will wither and die.

They are now trapped in a vicious cuck tragedy and there is only one way out.

Those two are messed up. Maybe they deserve each other, or maybe they'd be better off apart. Either way, I can't relate to them.

Here's the issue. Literotica only has "One" row for 'casting votes' about a story. So if it involves a subject that most people detest then it gets "Bad" reviews. However if Lierotica had to 'rows' to cast votes for a story. A 'Positive' row and a 'Negative' row and the read could only choose one. This could in fact open up a better dialog about stories. A +1 to +5 row and a -1 to -% row.

I di not like this story even though it was well wrote and very few if any typos. It was the ending that got to me. They never did work out their marriage and by doing what they are doing will eventually cause it to fail.

As far as the story goes it isn't one of @Ohio's best and it looks like he's not publishing much lately not since early 2020. Really just a story about a guy whose fantasy becomes real and he has problems dealing with it.

This was definitely a strange story, I didn't get the ending though; was this what their healthy relationship looked like? It seems that the fantasy did allow the cheating to continue and while they acknowledged that it was wrong later, it just seems like an odd place to end it.

Fantasy can be deadly to a relationship, My wife knew that i loved her enough to let her have another lover just one time. I came home and caught them, quietly took a few pictures and about 30 seconds of video and walked down stairs and called the police and told them what was going on and i wanted them escorted our of MY house for their safety. I led them to the bedroom and introduced everyone and walked downstairs while the cheaters dressed. the police brought them downstairs, my wife had a bag packed. Her foolish lover turned to me and said "it didnt mean anything, it was just sex". I shoved him through the dining room window right in front of the police. Fifteen days later i got out of jail started the divorce. Not a good ending for a fantasy, but it wasnt mine.

This is the second time I have read this one, and I liked it even better this time.

I wish that Literotica would change it's scoring system. So many commenters score it a 1, since they don't like the subject matter. I don't either, but can easily recognize top quality writing. So.... writing- 5, content- 1; average- 3? Way too low. So I give it a 4, but feel Mr. Ohio's been cheated because of my personal preferences.

This, in my opinion, was one of this author's best stories. Some of the comments are truly amusing- this is a story, not a case history. It illustrates how a fictional couple dealt with the husband's psychology; that there are men like this is indisputable, and I found it interesting and enlightening to learn about an aspect of sexuality that is foreign to me. Remember, there is nothing wrong with what two consenting adults do in their marriage. We all have different needs and desires and it is probably healthier to openly communicate and deal with them than not. Bravo to Ohio for being willing to take all the time and effort to explore aspects of human sexuality in all of his works. I have learned a lot.

I think the writing is a really good and made a great effort of exploring the emotional difficulties with dealing with fantasy, reality, and how it impacts a relationship.

It frightens me that people like that are allowed out unsupervised. It made me uncomfortable by the end. But the truth is that Ohio is one of the few authors on the site who deals with the fact that different humans have different things going on, and that things can get complicated over time and go in directions we don't necessarily like. He does it not making fun of people, or playing up to stereotypical disgust. He tries things out. He also actually writes stories that are about the infidelity and the interactions over it without dragging in page after page about some construction project or whatever (I think a few authors do this well, but in most cases I have come to find it really tedious). His work is admirable.

An interesting story. I found it disturbing but very readable. The premice of an older guy with the insecurities he had about his age, his fantasy, and the actual affair made a witches brew of emotions which was well mapped out and made sense. Then the change of fantasy at the end which altered his perception and allowed him to live with it. All very nicely done.

His reaction confused her, but she didn't shirk the fact that she had been a selfish, self centered bitch. Everything about possible reconciliation depends on the circumstances. Took him a while to realize that he wasn't at fault, though part of him always will think that at least a little. The emotional conversations back and forth were well written. The counselor was actually blunt and helpful. Was a torturous path but they made it work in the end. Again she did something heinous and hurtful, especially the second time, and she eviscerated his self confidence and his trust, but through the lens of his own fantasies. But afterwards, seeing her reaction to his pain, and her deep regret, as well as her self analysis, it is hard to see a situation where she ever does that again, under any circumstances. People can change, provided that something apocalyptic happens, and that certainly was the case here. The age difference and his own blame that he heaped on himself bought her time to be with him even if barely as a couple, to slowly resuscitate their relationship. Seriously, if no reconciliation is warranted for these two, then it is should never be warranted for anyone. After ge betrayal she did everything right. She did not lie. Did not soft sell it. Owned what she did and accepted her guilt. Was patient with him, so he could get out from his guilt. Did counseling, first joint, then solo. Endured his (eventual) anger. Worked at fighting for her marriage but using love and tenderness. Sought to communicate. Used sexual healing (i.e. blowjob therapy). And much more. Cheating is always bad. For many reasons. But this seemed like a crazy edge case that could be reconciled. Most cases of cheating, do not warrant reconciliation and should not be, often creating a bigger mess. Glad these two made it.
