"Me? Mushy? Never?" Kalendras laughed haughtily. "I knew you'd be my mate. Only a matter of time really!"
"Is that so?" Livinia asked "You're confident considering the fact that I had to find out about the whole thing second hand."
Kalendras ran his hands down her back and he closed his eyes, whispering a few words. The next moment Livinia's body tingled comfortably and the stinging between her legs ceased.
"What are you doing?" She asked, healing her after sex wasn't something that he usually did.
"Healing you of course. The last thing I want to have to put up with is the Paladin going on a rampage..." He trailed off. The words made Livinia laugh as she rested her head back on his chest, her eyes closed as she listened to the rapid drumming of his heart and she slowly drifted off to a content and dreamless sleep.
